Merge Fabrice Bellet's patch to fix recentcount/count after IMAP
EXPUNGE, to fix a hang after EXPUNGE for servers that don't update the
number of RECENT and EXISTS messages such as Dovecot 0.99.10.
Fixes Red Hat bug #113492.
